The purpose of this \u201cfee structure\u201d document is \u201cto explain Learning Programme fee
principles of the College and show how learning Programme fees are calculated based on credits of the learning programmes\u201d. The set-out regulations are applicable to both full and part-time mode of studies. Fee structure table consist the
following information:<\/p>

Name of the Learning Programme:<\/strong> All LBC credit bearing learnings programmes are accredited by Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA) under National Credit and Qualifications Framework (NCQF).<\/p>

Note:<\/strong> All LBC non-credit bearing corporate training short courses and professional skills courses \/ programmes are accredited by Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA), Human Resource Development Council and eligible for HRDC levy.<\/p>

NCQF level:<\/strong> Which indicate the regulatory framework level (Certificate, Diploma, Degree\u2026) for the programmes to demonstrating all required knowledge, skills and competencies are aligned in the learning programme.<\/p>

Year and Semester:<\/strong> Programme of study year and its associate semester number.<\/p>

Semester Credit load:<\/strong> Total number of credits in that semester the learners are pursuing for his\/her learning. One credit = 10 notional hours of guided and independent learning.<\/p>

Total credits:<\/strong> It indicate estimates of total number notional hours requirement to gain all required programme of study knowledge, skills and competencies to attain programme learning outcomes and to earn the qualification.<\/p>

Registration Fee:<\/strong> This is one-time fee, non-refundable amount.<\/p>

Tuition fee per credit:<\/strong> The fee paid to college for one credit equivalent of learning instructions and teaching resources and other by the learners \/sponsor. Tuition fee is a combination of many other fees such as campus internet & technology resource usage, library building and facilities and other. In general tuition fee per credit varies based on level of the learning programmes.<\/p>

Examination Fee:<\/strong> LBC charges a fee per module \/ entire semester modules. But the costs for examinations will be split over semester in a year and will be charged the amount each semester to keep things simple.<\/p>
